Hi i win 4000 PLN i try to withdraw money . First attemp and canceled i need to send prof deposit from card and bank i send verification completed i send another request withdraw and it was accepted . I wait 8 days support says that withdraw is sended and i need only wait to accept from my bank . And after 8 days withdraw canceled without a reason support dont know why i need to wait for email .

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed.
