The player from Texas requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. The player accepted a gift card as compensation for the real money withdrawal, therefore we closed the complaint as resolved.

I have been trying to redeem my winnings for about a week but their pay system keeps denying my bank even though it's one of the banks they have listed to redeem too.. they keep giving me the run around an blaming their payment system.. I've read some reviews and it seems they do this often to avoid paying people! Help!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Yes I finally just broke down an accepted the gift card to Amazon but I never got any of there approved banks to redeem too to work there so called payment system is trash and there customer service is no help at all at one point I just gave up an recklessly played my so called redeemable balance back and what was left just go it in gift cards so if you like Amazon go play at funrize but you will not get payed in cash from them even tho they came you can

Thank you for your reply, yardawg2020. I am afraid that if you accepted the gift card instead of a real money withdrawal, there is not much more we could do. I can only recommend that you look for another casino that treats its players with more respect. Moreover, this casino seems to be a social casino, which means that you probably would never be able to request a real money withdrawal.
