Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

Thank you for your quick response. Yes I’ve been verified and all that I’ve had money deposited into my account but I won a large amount of money in one sitting I deposited $5000 and I was losing and then I deposited another thousand and I ended up winning $75,000. I withdrew 5000 and I’ve been waiting for that 5000 and while I was waiting for it I lost $10,000 leaving me with 60,000 I went to go look for the transaction because it said it was processing and then that transaction completely disappeared and I withdrew another 5000 leaving me with 55,000 so that’s why I’m missing that $5000 and yes I’ve been verified and everything I don’t use bonuses or nothing like that. I got an email saying that we processed your 5000 and you will get it shortly but that’s for the 5000 I withdrew today not the one on the 27th.

I’ve sent countless emails to them with no response. Live chat doesn’t work it just gives you a bot. No number to contact them. It’s frustrating that you can’t get a hold of anyone
