The player's unable to withdraw as there is no available payment method. The complaint was rejected as the player played away the balance.
I won 600 euros, chose a payout method that was also offered by the casino, requested the payout after waiting 7 days and did not happen, I wrote to the chat and the supporter said the payout could not be made because payouts in euros and with the selected method are currently not possible due to technical problems. To which I asked why you are offering the withdrawal method when you know that it is not working, I received no answer to this question and I should wait a few MONTHS

Habe 600 Euro gewonnen , habe eine Auszahlungsmethode gewählt die von Casino auch angeboten wurde , habe die Auszahlung beantragt , nachdem ich 7 Tage gewartet habe und nicht passiert ist , habe ich den Chat angeschrieben und der Supporter sagte die Auszahlung könne nicht getätigt werden , da Auszahlungen in Euro und mit der gewählten Methode aus technischen Problemen derzeit nicht möglich sind. Worauf ich fragte warum sie die Auszahlungsmethode dann anbieten wenn sie wissen das sie nicht funktioniert , ich erhielt keine Antwort auf diese Frage , und ich solle ein paar MONATE warten
