They told me they will pay me after 7 to 10 business days was up...they made me wait 7 to 10 business days twice once for the withdrawal request...then after 7 to 10 days they verified the request then made me wait for the withdrawal process another 7 to 10 days which yesterday was the 10th day..I talked to the chat and they said oh you'll be paid you'll get your money by the end of today that was yesterday...went back in the chat at 8 pm last night still not paid the representative was like contact us in a couple days if your still not paid? After waiting 25 days? Um no way they need more time for a Bitcoin withdrawal...these people are disgusting their casino ways need to be put to and end they are con artists they not only scam you out of your winnings they get you to make a deposit which they have zero intentions on giving you back.

I talked to chat only on the website there...all they say is they will pay me before the 7 to 10 days is up...when last night I asked them where is it...before time was up in 3 hours the chat rep was quick to respond oh you can comeback in a couple days if you haven't received it by then? After 25 days eh and how did he quickly no to say comeback in a couple days? These guys are the worst in the buisness...now when I login to the site tand try to talk to chat the message pops up unavailable send email....they don't respond period and don't pay clearly stole my money and tried to ace like they will pay since August 3rd I been getting the run around from them I'm getting right mad.

Then send you emails constantly saying deposit with Bitcoin for faster withdrawals....this guy I was talking to had never to tell me that they send the request to another processor the 7 to 10 days wait x 2 means it's not complete yet it's up to the processor they send it to too complete it? Boooooy these guys are the biggest jokers alive...they would steal off thier own mothers and family at sunrise slots most trusted too thief from you indeed

just got this response a few minutes ago look at how it's been 27 days and they are unprofessional when responding using miss spelling and also no information stating I'm getting my money...all they do is get customers to wait for nothing I'm sick of how ignorant they are.

Yes they sent me my money to my Bitcoin wallet...now I'm going after unikrn casino I'll post here another complaint they have 36007$ of mine locked in a disabled account that was from when they sold thier casino check my post please I'll need some help with these con artists
