They have approved the payment they say they're sending the payment they've asked me for my Bitcoin address 4 days ago and still nothing it's been since April 20th

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

It's been 19 days and I have completed all verification. They say now that they approved on May 1st, it up the third party service they use to transfer it but can't tell who that is

I fully understand your frustration, krystyniam. However, I will set the timer for additional 5 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by Tuesday, we will intervene. That's fine I guess I'm misunderstanding. But I didn't figure there was much to that can be.done to remedy this anyway. That's how things usually go for me. But I'm pretty sure it's been way more than 14 days. Withdraw was April 20. I'm not asking you to do anything especially if they are still within the time limit. I do apologize if if I jumped the gun. I must have just misunderstood the withdraw process timeline.

Great thanks and still nothing. Last they said because of high volume is causing the delay. Theyre waiting for third party to do next batch of transfers. But they said that days ago. I'm guessing I just need to accept they got me for my money. I just hate that these places take advantage of people. They would make plenty of money without ripping people off.

the user name they provided to me Is on the image.


I have received an offer from sunrise( like this is a negotiation)to have it deposited to my checking but I don't know if my bank does that. And I'm just really stressed out. My water is off and I cld really use this money. I can provide anything they want for a deposit. But why is Bitcoin not an option?? I've transfered Bitcoin from my accounts several times this week. So I just recieved and email. How can they offer faster withdraw with bitcoin to me and others when they say I can't get my bitcoin withdraw because thy are supposed delayed for some reason.

Omg I really appreciate you. Having help with this is just so kind. It's hard dealing with people who just don't care that their responses are obviously absurd. I get it is gambling and some think it doesn't matter. But people shouldn't take advantage of people. They can make plenty of money doing it in a legit way. Let me know if you need my Bitcoin address or anything else

Received this email this morning from them. I did not ever accept to receive it by wire. And my bank doesn't even accoet swift whatever. They have been telling me they have already done everything ok n their end to initiate the bitcoins withdraw. Which I think is not true.
