The player from Canada has been waiting for his withdrawals since October. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
I had 3 winnings on Oct 8th, first one was for $1,293.00, next, $2000.00, next one , 1000.00. I had my documents verified six weeks ago, I keep getting the same answer from the payouts department, it’s on its way, you have to wait, well I think I hav been patient long enough. I have saved all the chats, and also have a screen shot of my winnings, could I please get some help with this.

The current status of my withdrawals from sunrise casino, is delayed. I won the money with no bonus. Except for the first win, after bonus was removed, it was $1,293.00 . The other two wins have no bonus, 2,000.00. And $1000.00.
I have just checked my bank account, it looks like I received both my winnings from September, 227.00 , and the 244.00, I am still waiting on $750.00, and $400.00.
I have made successful withdrawals before, from other casino's, the above monies sent to me, 227.00, and $244.00, were sent from prism casino. I am still waiting on my winnings from sunrise casino, I have not received any monies from sunrise casino at all,
The current status of the payments, it looks like the first two withdrawals are not pending, they don't show up in the withdrawal section under my account, but the payments haven't been sent to me, there is still a withdrawal for $1000.00 sitting in my account, that withdrawal says pending, since October 8th, the other two from sunrise, I guess they could be at the payment processor, but the casino won't answer any of my questions, I asked for a swift code number, so I could trace the wire transfer, but they refused to give it to me. That is were I am at, between a rock, and a hard place.

This has got to be the slowest casino out there for payments to customers, I have been waiting about 12 weeks now for my winnings of $4,500.00 , I keep getting the same answer from there payout department, they tell me, we are working hard to get my payments out to me, but they will not directly answer any questions I have about the status of my winnings, pretty pathetic casino, and very frustrating for me all the way around. The withdrawals from sunrise casino don’t show up on my account, that means that they are in between , being sent out, and being sent to payments, but this is we’re it stands right now, every time I ask for the status of the winnings payments, they tell me that they are really working hard to get the payments out to me, but when I tell them that I have been waiting 3months, the avoid answering the question, I really think that that is so dirty, and underhanded! I personally think they should close down establishments like this.

Sunrise casino is really dragging there heels, it will be 4 months on January 8th, that is how long I have been waiting for my winnings to be sent by wire transfer, I can’t believe that my documents were processed 1 week after my win, and they were all approved, I just don’t understand why it would take this long to send my wire transfer! When I have asked the payment department what the delay was, they told me that they were way behind on there wire transfers, well that was three months ago, I am just totally fed up with getting the run around from Sunrise casino, there has to be a better way! We are experiencing some delays with our 3rd party wire payment providers, thus my request for a Bitcoin account. It really is the fastest just in general and I'd love to see this resolved as quickly as possible for everyone. There is one way to get my winnings sent to me faster, E-transfer, email, I use this all the time, anyone that has a bank account, can do these E-transfers, I don’t know of any other way to send funds quicker.

Payment in full was released to our 3rd party payment providers on the 5th of January for disbursal as a wire transfer. Generally we're looking at 3-10 business days so shouldn't be too long now if it hasn't arrived already.
