Sir my name is Sachin V**** I play roulette in star111, I won 552000 rupees in roulette, after which without telling us anything, my IDE got blocked, when I started talking to customer care, we were told that Betfair team Your ID is blocked. Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Do you or anybody else from the household owns an additional account in this casino? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account was opened on 27 April 2024 .No my family does not have an account in any casino.Yes I won with my real money not the bonus.Yes, I spoke to customer care and they told me that both your account and your amount have been blocked by the Betfair team.

Unfortunately, it is strictly forbidden to use somebody else's device, personal details or payment in every single online casino. You can always use only your own information, money and device. The casino has every right to block your account and confiscate any balance you had.

We will be now forced to close the complaint as of breach of casino terms
