The player's deposit was not credited to his casino account. The complaint was resolved as the player received his deposit.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Crediting a misplaced deposit may take up to even a month no matter what time frame did the casino write there. Please let us know by the end of the next week if there is any update regarding the payment. If not, we will definitely try to intervene.
In the meanwhile be sure to provide all the documents requested by the casino in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Today I also sent an official complaint to the Gaming Supervision and Control Committee against Sporting Odds Limited (licensed by the Gaming Supervision and Control Committee (EEEP), under numbers HGC-000012-LH and HGC-000013-LH)
