The player from Brazil requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
My amount is available for withdrawal, verified account and completed rollover and the house is not paid. They claim an error to pay in the pix but this is only at the time of withdrawal, to deposit there is no error at all. I drew the first time and after 36 hours waiting it gave an error. I tried the second time and today at dawn they approved the withdrawal and debited the amount from the platform but it did not fall into the bank account. Early in the morning they refused the withdrawal and claimed the same error. They keep telling me to try another method but I don't have a record in the alternative medium and the alternative method to the pix is simply not reliable because all the reviews are terrible and scam.
