I did not use a bonus, i think i received a successful withdrawal before, i sent all the documents needed and a pdf copy of my bank account stating the deposit made to gigadat May 29, number20231482059, but they are saying they need: showing a transaction to them with my name and bank number, they have all that on the pdf copy of my bank account and they still returned my withdrawal at least seven times asking for other documents that they had already.
