first time i requested withdrawal the clerk said i was not eligible for withdrawals which was untrue. i emailed the vitrification department which did not respond until 12 hours later after i had just said screw it and played my winnings. second attempt i’ll admit i was in contact with the staff but eventually got impatient after about a day and played my withdrawal amount. now today i’ve received email back from payments and they say my bitcoin address is updated - that’s it. i’ll give it another day or so then i’m contacting them

contacted them today and received this response:


"You are currently on the 1st business day. The procedure is next 3-5 business days for the review period and 7-9 business days for the approval period.

After approval, they should be processed in 7-9 days."


i’ll be sure to close this out or at least I will respond in a few weeks after receiving my decision/payment.

Close forum. I played my balance 10 or so times to accrue compoints I do not have that type of patience although I do like the slots - best rtg casino in my opinion altogether besides if you are to make small cash outs this place takes too much time so I guess I'll play some place else despite their seemingly slimmer odds facepalm*
