my complaint is not about money but about harassment! The casino bombarded me with emails all the time! Since I am currently pausing and do not want to play in any casino, this is really annoying! Several times a week I am spammed with advertisements and games! I have asked the casino several times to refrain from this and have pointed out the data protection several times! Since my email is also used for professional reasons, I cannot change it!

Personally, I would recommend sending an email to support@spinmillion.com, or their live chat support, but from your message it seems that you have already tried this option. Then I would suggest marking their emails as spam or block the email address altogether.
