I really want to warn against this casino! I deposited € 20 with a 100% bonus and was very lucky and was able to risk the money and even withdraw € 400. I have carefully examined the bonus conditions beforehand and have not violated them. Now I wanted to pay out the € 400 and also requested a payout. It took 5 days and then I got an email, by the way extremely dubious and bad (Google Translater), that I had violated bonus conditions. I would have allegedly played on € 6. I couldn't find that in the course of the game and I never played on such a high stake.
I then tried to clarify the matter with the great chat, but they only repeated what was in the mail. They could not send me any proof.
By the way, not only was the payout canceled, I also got all my credit deleted. That is an unbelievable cheek and only shows what an unbelievable rip-off is operated here. I am glad that I only deposited € 20.

Ich möchte hier unbedingt vor diesem Casino warnen! Ich habe 20€ eingezahlt mit einem 100% bonus und hatte großes Glück und konnte das Geld wagern und sogar 400€ auszahlen. Ich habe mich genaustens vorher mit den Bonusbedingungen auseinander gesetzt und diese auch nicht verletzt. Nun wollte ich die 400€ auszahlen und habe auch eine Auszahlung angefordert. Es hat 5 Tage gedauert und dann bekam ich eine Mail, übrigens extrem unseriös und schlecht (Google Translater), dass ich gegen Bonusbedingungen versto´ßen habe. Ich hätte angeblich auf 6€-Fach gespielt. Ich konnte das nicht im Verlauf finden und habe auch niemals auf so einem hohen Einsatz gespielt.
Ich habe dann mit dem tollen Chat versucht die Sache zu klären, allerdings haben die nur das wiederholt, was in der Mail stand. Einen Beweis konnten diese mir nicht zukommen lassen.
Übrigens wurde mir nicht nur die Auszahlung storniert, ich habe auch sämtliches Guthaben gelöscht bekommen. Das ist eine unfassbare Frechheit und zeigt nur was hier eine unfassbare Abzocke betrieben wird. Ich bin froh nur 20€ eingezahlt zu haben.

"12. Players are allowed to place single bets lower than 20% of the total value of the Active Bonus credited and should not exceed 8 EUR, 8 USD, 8AUD, 8CAD, 80 SEK, 80 NOK, 580 RUB (as applicable). Therefore, placing a bet of 8 EUR while there’s an Active Bonus of 100 EUR in effect is considered acceptable practice."
Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#max-bets: The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.
If software enforcement is not possible, each case should be judged separately, so that only players who have broken the rule knowingly and/or systematically to gain an advantage are punished.
