The player from US isn’t satisfied with the casino’s services. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Reached my limit, then had to spin 40 more times to verify I was not a bot. I did that. Said I would receive my winnings in 6 days. Now I'm in queued position for a review because there is a lot of people ahead of me. This doesn't make any since. I have read all their rules, guide lines, policies etc and I have met everything they require. I'm sick of these scammers. Also thier game is still in development stage. But their advertisement is false. Now my 500.00 is in 3 day stage. Yet I had to spin an extra 100 to prove I was not a bot. That doesn't make since either. I already proved it once with the extra 40 spins.
