The player's withdrawal is delayed for 2 weeks. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Have been waiting over 14 days for my withdrawal! I have submitted all of the requested documents and still nothing. Customer service sucks as there is no way to communicate except email. Which they answer once every 24 hours! AVOID AT ALL COST!
