The player from UK requested a withdrawal, but it has been delayed due to a bonus the casino credited to him. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
This site is disgusting. 6 times they told me my docs were rejected for verification even though they were exactly what they asked for. Then they ask for a phone bill to "PROVE" your noble is yours !!!!
