The player from Australia had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, her payout had not been received yet. She reported that the casino had kept cancelling and denying her withdrawal without any explanation. Despite her efforts to communicate with the casino, she had received no response. After exceeding the 14-day waiting period, she still hadn't received her winnings. We had extended the complaint's timer by 7 days for her to respond, but she failed to do so. Therefore, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I've repeatedly tried to withdraw my winnings for over a week from Shiny Wilds.

I completed the ID verifications before I even deposited with the casino so there wouldn't be any withdrawal issues.


I sent thru images of the receipts etc for the two neosurf's I purchased.


Iv asked to speak to the financial team I've asked to speak to a manager.


As I've been through the general terms and conditions and believe I have followed all rules and there's really no reason as to why there's been such a delay.


My withdrawal attempts in my winnings keep getting cancelled with no explanation nor no help to fix the problem.


Originally the amount I was withdrawing was 3 lots of $500 = $1500, but now as I've had to wait a week iv replayed $520 of it. Still leaving me $981.00.


I really see no other option but to put in a complaint against this casino.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

That would be fine. I could handle that except they keep cancelling and denying my withdrawal. With no explanation why.

I've asked in chat repeatedly wht the issue is as I've followed all their resumes and guidelines and their response is Tech. Issues and that they've passed it on to the appropriate department I'll hear from them. I've heard nothing and it's been 10days. filefile

No I haven't and it's nice well and truely past 14days.


I can't get a response from any other department as said by the two reps I seem to get every time in the casino chat.


And my winnings are now down to $400 unfortunately.

I got bored the other day and played some down.
