Hello David,

Thank you very much for submitting a complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward in the case.

Why was you blocked in the first casino? Did you request a self-exclusion? Did the casino company in any way mentioned that you will be blocked in all sister casinos? Did you receive back any refund? Did you use the same register details in all of these casinos?

Please note that if you used different ones, the casino had no way of knowing that it is you until you try to verify yourself there.

Looking forward to your answer and I hope we will be able to help you out with your issue.

Regards,

Nick

Hello David,

If if was not mentioned that you will be blocked from all their sister casinos, I do not think there is any way to retreive all your losses. Even if they belong to a same company, every casino can be operated by a different person and you would have to self-exclude from each of them.

It would be a completly different situation if the casino would have a different license where they would ban you from all casinos with the same license.

Unfortunately, in this case the only solution would be to try to contact the licensing authorities of the casino.

Is there any other way we could help you?

Hi there,

Yes, possibly at tipbet.de. There I was able to play and lose money despite the Oasis blocking / registration.

Or maybe at Novibet + Fezbet with these providers, I gambled away around € 9,000 in the last few months. I also have a certificate from my psychologist that I am incapable of doing business.

I relapsed during the pandemic. Before the pandemic, I had no debts, now it's around € 40,000. Everything arose in the last few months, I suffered from depression and a personality disorder even before I became addicted to gambling. I also asked the German government and my house bank for help before this could happen. No help at all! I am also thinking of a lawsuit against my bank. And as for the recovery, I'll be going to a clinic for 3-6mon shortly.

Warm greetings

Dear David,

I'm sorry to hear that you have issues with that many casinos. Unfortunately, based on our policy, I would like to ask you to submit a new complaint for each casino as we go by 1 complaint = 1 casino as every case is specific and different.

As in this one case we could not do more only to recommend to contact the licensing authority, we will be considering it as closed - rejected, based on the fact that self-exlusion is not considered for all the sister casinos.

Best regards,

Nick
