Hello, I made a deposit of 21 euros on November 3rd, 2020 via Sofortüberweisung (Klarna). I did not use a bonus. I then came to 715 euros with football bets. When I wanted to pay off the money, I was informed that an account with similar data already existed. Which can't be possible at all, as I didn't even know their website before. I usually go to my bookmaker around the corner, but it is currently closed again due to Corona.
As I said, stay away from select.bet Absolutely just a scam.
The fatal thing is, when I search for the best bookmaker on google, this scam site is right up there ... that's ridiculous. Maybe you can change that somehow.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the casino’s T&Cs (https://select.bet/en/pages/terms-and-conditions) and I found this:
„3.8.2 A duplicate account is considered as such in any case where the account IP address, Personal details, payment account number, site cookies matches with an already existing account with the company."
Is there any chance, that someone from your household has created an account at this casino too? Has your deposit been returned? I know very well that nobody else in my household has created an account with select.bet.
The statement about the second account from select.bet is a lie, there is absolutely no second account.
My first payout of 490 euros was rejected on the grounds that I had to use my deposit of 21 euros five times on bets with odds over 1.6, which I did and won another 80 euros, i.e. select.bet didn't do himself a favor. As I said, I didn't use any bonus on my deposit. When I go to my betting company around the corner, he doesn't ask me to wager five more times.
In any case, I submitted my documents for verification afterwards.
When you found out that everything was okay, you simply came up with a flimsy explanation to steal my winnings, because it is probably nothing else.
My winnings were simply removed from my account. Only my deposit of 21 euros is still on it. Before it was 225 euros on my account + 490 euros that were in payment and were simply declined and also gone.
I was informed by select.bet that I can withdraw these 21 euros.
This is, of course, just ridiculous fraud.

We would like to share the following statement as per our relevant departments and their investigations.
As per our Security Department, your account has been created in violation of our Duplicated accounts policy.
It has matching details with another Select.bet account. In accordance to our policy and general T&C (link for reference can be found here: https://select.bet/en/pages/terms-and-conditions), player's account has been closed and the wrongfully gained account balance has been redeemed, plus the total amount of player's deposits were returned to his real money balance.
The above mentioned amount is 21 € and it can be withdrawn immediately after player's opened a withdrawal request from his account menu.
In regards to the player's complaint, we would like to inform him again as we do a couple of times In our conversations via email, that everything is made towards our Security Department's investigation.

I chatted with a casino rep on Skype. I'm afraid I won't be able to help you. The casino insists that you registered multiple accounts. However, they can't provide any evidence. The only thing I can do is to mark the complaint "unresolved" and recommend you to read the casino's review before you register and play to avoid this kind of situations. As a last resort, you can submit a complaint with the Curacao Gaming Authority (certria@gaminglicences.com). It's not the best license out there, but they might be able to help.
