The player from Alabama has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. It seems to be a common practice of Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue therefore the complain remains unresolved.

Was told approval takes 1-3 business days now I’m being told to check back in 3 days in which I should have my money in three business days the casinos don’t have delays taking deposits so it shouldn’t be a delay getting paid

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

They use the same process to accept money as they do to pay you so I’m sure they have very high volumes when it comes to deposits so why should we have to wait outside of the timeframe in their policy it’s not fair at all to even wait 2 weeks before you can even complain it’s wack

No I have not they keep saying the same thing everyday my verification was approved, I used a bonus which I deposited 76 dollars played by the rules won and haven’t been paid it’s like they are programmed to say the same thing they alerted the payout team I even emailed the payout team no response

I won 3000 I requested a $2500 withdrawal and one for $500 due to limited withdrawal amount on Nov 16th, received $1500 on Dec 4th they took $1000 of the $2500 and I’ve chatted daily still haven’t received the rest of my money

they claim it’s being reviewed but why it was the same bonus before they paid any money they have to review all transactions on that bonus so if you paid anything you have reviewed the whole transactions still waiting on whatever amount they decide to pay I sent you my withdrawal transactions so far I’ve received $1500 the transaction was approved for $2500 deducted my bonus before I made the request

It Dec. 18th 2023, made my request on Nov 16th still waiting communicating daily still no approval same excuses for 33 days now I cash out via bitcoin which takes 10 minutes after it’s sent it states 3 day payout via bitcoin

However, I would like to warn you that it seems to be a common practice of Slootz Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Regardless of many unresolved complaints marked "No Reaction Policy" we keep on trying.

I would now like to ask Sector 777 Casino for their help in resolving this complaint. We would like to know why is this withdrawal taking as long as it is and if we can do anything to help make it quicker.

Can you give me the info for the gaming commission I’m done trying it’s been going on 2 months no approval this type of behavior should not be tolerated by players they have fake policies no human communication and no warnings of this type behavior at all when you deposit your money and no problem accepting it, not fair gaming at all so if you would like to help please give me the info because they will not respond to anything or anybody and players should be aware of these things before they deposit here

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.
