Been trying for 2 months now to withdraw my money they ask me to send all my info over and over agiain I do thru say they don't have it on record or they ask me to resend it theyve been fucking me around enough this is ridiculous with them

I assume this is your first withdrawal, at least it looks like that.

The best what we can do is to ask casino representatives to check your account. They will tell you if everything is all right and hopefully they process the withdrawal as soon as possible.

I reviewed the situation and it appears the documents procedure was never completed, the payout details are in place but the request for additional documentation was never responded to and now I see the withdrawal request was canceled and played back into the casino.


At this point for the withdrawal in question there is little that I can do, however if you would like to complete the documents process Elena to make sure this doesn't happen again I can certainly help with that. Getting your account verified proactively before you have a withdrawal is highly recommended and drastically reduces withdrawal times.

Hey all,


I managed to locate the payout details and had them reviewed and noted to the account the following day (the 5th of November). The account is validated and eligible for withdrawal however, as I said previously the win has already been played back into the casino.


Djnub, you are good to go on your next win however once you have played the win there's not a lot else to be done until you get lucky again.
