The player from Sweden was blocked a few months ago without further explanation. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I've been playling on Roobet for almost 2 years. I've got banned a few months ago, Roobet didn't provide any reasonable explanation about blockade on my account. I've been the top or the 2nd to top tier in wager rank and I've verified my documents and address a few days/weeks after creating the account, I've never abused any policy about withdraws, money loundering or affilates (I don't think I have a single affilate) and they locked my account and didn't allow me to withdraw my funds. I would like to know exactly why am I banned and I would like to withdraw my money.
