Hello, in December and January. roobet server was upgrading and crashing while playing the game crash. While the same time I couldn’t press the option to cash out in crash lost about 3k$ to 4k$ Plus and roobet only refunded me 375$ for 3 bets only but as they refunded me it was clearly there fault. Plus roobet terminated my vip without any notice and didn’t gave me any reason I was roobet Vip for few months plus after that they are giving me lossback like shit in roowards.

Hello, while I was playing there crash house game in roobet it was there server crashing they only refunded me 375$ until now not more then that. Plus roobet terminated my vip without any notice to me . Proofs I will send u now on email

Thank you. I am afraid that if the casino found out that only 3 bets were rejected and the rest was closed correctly, there is not much more we could do. It would be close to impossible to prove that this issue was caused by the casino and not by a weaker internet connection for example.

In general, even if the game crashes, the result of the bet is recorded on the game provider's server.

For further explanation, please check our article explaining "How slot machines are programmed" and maybe it’ll help to understand how servers communicate with players and what issues might occur on the way.

In this case, I can recommend that you contact the game provider and they should be able to provide you with further information. Unfortunately, from our standpoint, we are not able to be of more help. Thank you for your understanding.
