The player's bonus was not credited and the casino support is non responsive. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Hi, I have been trying for the last 2 days trying to contact Support and nobody has reached out to me. I had deposited over 200$ and a bonus was not given at all. Money was gone and couldn’t play any longer. Would love to hear some answers

The welcome bonus, I deposited and never received any bonus, I also contacted them via live chat and sent multiple emails still to this day I have had no reply
