The player's account got blocked for unknown reason. The complaint was closes as the player stopped responding.
Closed Account! (This is more than 5 years ago). I took contact with chat again and I was promised my account would be opened again. This never happened. I did nothing wrong! Beside wasting some minutes of her time. This should not matter but I kind of feel it does. Cuz I did nothing wrong. I have gotten disabled money for many years after a working accident 10 years ago. I still get 300 000 NOK a year. Kind of normal salary I recon. I am an artist. Painting pictures. So I have some extra income also. I can't understand WHY she said I didn't have money to play. Makes NO SENSE TO ME!
(It is worth mentioning the rivalry between Norway and Sweden. It's like England and France or USA and Canada. I just felt she didn't like me).
I asked for a bonus. I have many accounts at different Casino and some say ALWAYS TAKE CONTACT WITH CHAT FOR BONUS.
RIZK was not one of those casinos.
I told the Swedish girl that I am very strict about how much I use at the casino. I think that's a good rule to follow! She just closed the door. Closed my account.

Could you please advise why are you trying to deal with this issue after 5 years? Why did the casino close your account? Did you have any real money balance on your account when it got closed?
