The player from Alberta had alleged that the casino's bonus wheel system was unfair. Despite regular activity and deposits, he had not received any bonuses. He also pointed out inconsistent responses from chat support regarding the requirements for receiving bonuses. We had informed the player that we needed more evidence to investigate his claims. However, due to the player's lack of response, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

The bonus wheel is flawed and clearly a marketing scam, I would like for you to attempt at getting me a bonus or a refund of deposits that is rightfully and legally mine as I have been active, I have been depositing, and as for the software there is no issues. And various chat support attempts concluded the following, also these are the best reasons they could come up with:

Needs to be active

Need more deposits

The wheel is having software issues


All which contradicts each other, they are taking advantage of the false advertising of making a deposit to earn a bonus and not once did it ever give me a bonus. If you are unsuccessful I will try somewhere else
