As you might know, our forum Casino.guru, deals with the complaints regarding online casinos only. I understand it must be difficult for you Moritz, but unfortunately, we don’t have enough insight to take on this kind of issue, therefore I’m forced to reject your complaint.
However from your communication with the casino, it seem that the maximum allowed bet is enforced by their software and we wouldn't be able to help you anyway.
