I have properly verified myself and requested the withdrawal. Payment should take place via Mifintity. You can only apply for 400 euros and do it three times. 400 euros were then also yesterday, on 09.06. paid off. The second 400 should not be there until June 13th. come and the next 400 on 15.6 the next on 17.6. Nobody can tell me why that is. The finance department reserves the right to decide on the amount and duration of the payment. At this rate I have to wait three weeks for my money.

Could you please advise if it was your first ever withdrawal? Did you try to use a different payment method where you could withdraw higher amount of money or in more frequent interval?
Please note that it can take up to 7 days to receive a withdrawal depending on the payment method in many casinos so I would recommend to use a different method if this one seems to be too slow.

yes it is my first payout. And choosing another method is useless, you can only withdraw 400 euros anywhere in this casino. As the casino paid you properly, we can't really do anything with the withdrawal limit. Most of casinos have different payout levels depending on the player's stats like deposits, number of bonuses and other factors.
