The player from the US won around $10,000. His account was verified, but he wasn’t able to withdraw his winnings and he lost all of it. Because he played all of his money, we were forced to close this complaint.

After winning over 10k. Was never able to withdrawal any amount. They wanted personal information to verify account which I gladly emailed to them. After reaching out over 2 months with no to limited reply I gave up thinking i would never see the money. Ended up giving it all back through slots. Never the less I would never have gambled it back away if they would have actually paid the winnings. This is a scam company easy to deposit money but never going to be able to get it back. Stay away. I will be perusing legal solutions to remedy my issues.

I completely understand. I did not submit a complaint to receive the money back. Although it would have been the responsible thing for the casino to do under these circumstances. I feel very uneasily giving out my personal information after being mislead thinking I would be receiving funds just to find out it may have just been a scam. I filed a complaint hoping to save others from making the same mistake. Thank you for your time.
