Case summary

The player from New Zealand reports significant issues with a dice game provided by Razed, experiencing bizarre behavior such as accelerated betting and incorrect reset actions. Despite providing evidence to the casino, including videos of the glitches, he feels his concerns are dismissed, and he faces an unjust ban for suggesting others avoid the problematic game. Additionally, he finds the casino's approach to a delayed lossback offer inappropriate and ethically questionable.

Third time's a charm for issues with dodgy dice providers - this time I've got irrefutable evidence.

I'll start by saying its a shame as in previous interactions the casino had acted very well.

So, Razed has introduced a series of games titled "Un Originals" - they have a version of dice that is basically a rip of stake's.

Unforunately, it has some absolutely bizarre issues which I have copious photos and videos of.

Some basic facts

I've wagered over 200m USD on dice so am well aware of all the ins and outs.

My strategy is quite simple - If my bet loses, bet goes up 70%. 39% chance of winning. Sometimes a stop loss.

Often when I get to a large ish bet, ill hit stop start bet between say.. 2 and 20 times - if you do it quickly it keeps the bet the same. So say I have a balance of 1000, the bet gets up to 50, i might stop start 20 times and hope that I get more wins, and my balance goes back up to say 2k, and I'll resume normal betting.

For some reason that I'm quite sure Stake staff still can't explain, If you tappped 10 times (stop start 5 times each effectively), the game would start doing BIZARRE things,

To start with it was incredibly fast. Faster than you could manually stop start.

I did extensive testing with a low balance just to ascertain what was going on (after losing a bunch).

Most bets were simply my base bet. It would ignore the "on loss go up 70%".

Sometimes it would reset to base bet on loss, rather than win.

Sometimes it would work for say 6 losses (increasing 70% each time) and then would just reset.

Since it was bugging and often resetting on both loss and win, I could get quite a bit of footage and thousands of bets.

The bets cannot be explained.

But now, for the piece de pièce de résistance: At one stage it made a bet, then the big "insufficient balance" cannot make bet icon came up.BUT IT WAS STILL BETTING. When I tried to stop it, I couldn't, as I had to click to acknowledge the lack of balance (which was...betting).

So effectively it put a block to even be able to operate controls.

I have showed razed this, One was like.. oh thats not right straight away - genius. Others confused. Main person represented that it wasn't a big deal.

Where it gets worse is that whilst equipped with all my evidence showing its issues, they didn't take the game down and it did record a less than average RTP. I tried to suggest in chat that people avoid just that game and was banned.

Attachment 5 - The tapping is me getting it to trigger the bug. To trigger it, it was 8-10 quickish stop starts, ENDING ON A START. After that it would be insanely fast constantly (no relevance to how many times you tapped)

Please mute it as it has me swearing in it, but this video has the box come up saying insufficient funds, yet remains betting, quickly, and denying access to gameplay tools.

I will add on an ethical note - after this had happened and i was disappointed in the lack of integrity shown by ownership and VIP hosts, I went to quit. It was an incredibly slow process, and when I finally got to the end it offered me a lossback via email that I have to wait to get.

The staff member assisted me asked me if I thought I had a problem with gambling, I said no and that I had a problem with a faulty game.

But she disagreed and gave me two gamblers help ad links.

It is shocking that they would then get me to stay by offering a delayed lossback.

For the record, I'm fine, I do not need help but I will take the lossback.

But, ethically thats just morally bankrupt.

Thanks for your time!
