Hi There

I am playing in rajabets around last 5 to 6 monthas, I lost almost 35k inr there. After that I got my luck last week and I won 70000 INR. But when I tried to withdraw my money , they asked for ID verification I uploaded the required documents there. But Now its 10 days from that and my ID verification is not processed yet.


I also play in other casios where my ID verified in a few hours. So its obviously un fair practice from rajabets to hold and delay ID verification so that user can not be able to withdraw his money. So they loss more money by playing more as the gambling can be Addiction there.


WHEN I ASK THEM WHY ARE ID VERIFICATION IS DELAYING AND NO ONE EVEN REVIEWING DOCUMNETS THEY JUST COPY PAST SCRIPTED REPLYS


Similar things happened to me. Once I made my wiings to max 80274 inr after that I reduced it to 46360 inr. Now I dont want to loose more I want to withdraw this amount.


Kindly help me to get verified and be able to withdraw my money

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Hello There ,

With due respect I would like to say that Rajabets give prewritten copy pasted reply every time like that......... "Please mind that here is no concrete time period given on verifications. If you have uploaded the documents it would be checked and processed by the relevant department."

They dont tell what is my number in the queue how much the queue progressed. Atleast they should give estimated time about verification.

And its obvious that this verication can not be on waiting for 10-11 day is should either be approved or rejected. In the time of modern technoly processing of ID verification should be a few hours of work.

It appers they delay ID verifications intentedly because I got verified in other casinos t in a few hours.

I checked my account there on rajabets. It now showing I am verified now... I now made a withdrawal of 40000 inr As soon as my withdrawal will be processed and I recieve mony in my account I will close this complaint immediately

Hi There ,

I would like to thank casino guru for their assistance and greet rajabets as they have processed my withdrawal succeessfully. I would also like to apoligise for rajabets If I made any poor statements , as I just got engaged two days before and my marriages is on 6 march 2024 , so due to dealy in verification and withdrawal I was feeling unhappy.

But I am happy now as I recieved my money. Thanks everyone.
