Hey thank you so much for looking into this for me i have sent the casino over 5p emails and last got a email saying tjat pfoof of card paymamt was not accepted because my bank is in my mums name so i even sent them a picture with my mum holdinh the back card and of her holdong her ID and all over ID had been accepted apart from the proff of card paymamt and ive asked them not unlock the game but im not getting a reply from them

Unfortunately if you deposited with a 3rd party payment, the only thing you can try is for the owner of the card to request for a refund of deposit/deposits. Please note that it is very strictly against the casino terms to use someone else's payment method and fund in order to deposit. You can try the above mentioned way to get some money back from the casino but they are not obligate to pay out anything as you violated their terms.
