I recently joined this casino I deposited no problem I’ve won £239 I want to withdraw but I’ve been asked for every bit of id several times over which I have repeatedly sent with very sparse email reply’s back, then I go to log in my account and it’s been temporarily suspended! They took my money no problem but seem to buy not wanting to pay out I did NOT use bonus balance it’s my own money and I have screenshots to prove what’s happening I haven’t received a reply since Wednesday

Hi the account has been opened a little under two weeks I used my own money no bonus money and I’m yet to get a response about why my account has been suspended I appreciate your help
