I pray you can help me. B/c Im about at my wits end here. I have beem success fully verified at this so called "casino" already. Provided all requested documents. Have been told on multiple occasions by both the customer service agents over the phone and Via chat over the past month how they "see I submitted all requested information" and see my two deposits, (one for $700 and one for $1400), however, not one single person has any idea as to why my withdrawal request are still pending. (SINCE SEPTEMBER 7)! ... I have multiple screenshots and emails dating back from September 7th up until two days ago. Every single time I call or chat I'm either told it will be escalated, Or they will be bringing this to their supervisor, and I will hear something in three business days. Or for me to check back w/them in 3 business days. And how they are so sorry and ty for my patience, blah blah. Just constant BS. Ive been nothin but a loyal customer to this place, always promoting to my friends, etc. Then they do me like this? Literally sick to my stomach. I have been counting on this money. Im about to get evicted from my place bc of these assholes not giving me MY money that I SPENT HOURS AND HOURS trying to accumulate. Ive been waiting day in and day out. Im in need of a miracle here. 🙏 I will be anxiously awaiting your response. Thank you so much for reading this.

Is this the first withdrawal request from the casino? Did you provide all the verification documents and is your account verified? Is the casino still in touch with you?

Please also forward any relevant proof or communication between you and the casino to nikolas.b@casino.guru

Thank you so so much for helping me on this. I emailed you some documents that included the info you originally requested. Below are the answers to other questions....


1)Yes this is my first withdrawal request at RB casino. It may be worth noting that on July 21st of this year, I had my very first withdrawal at their sister company, Planet 7 Casino for $999. I specifically remember during that time, one of the verification documents they required had me fill out a form marking which of their sister companies I had played with in the past, along with my user name I used at each individual casino; It claimed that by me doing this, it would speed up any future withdrawal requests in the future if I was to ever request a withdrawal from any of those sister sites. ....


Well, clearly that couldn't be farther from the truth.... Uggh. Believe it or not Planet 7 w/d process was very very smooth....I did have to wait a few extra days to get my money, but that was only b/c it was my very first wd with them.


--->Yes I provided all required documents a second time with this Raging Bull W/D request. And Yes account is verified. And I have been told by numerous agents via their lil "Support +" phone line that they see I have provided all necessary dox, and so they would "escalate" or whatever... The last time I had contact with them was Thursday 10/07.

Thank you Villiam. Spoke with them again today via the Support + line. They just asked me to continue to be patient and said that they are backed up in the withdrawal department. Still, I am very upset and find it hard to believe they offer no resolution each and every time I contact them, nor offer anything for the inconvenience. Super disappointed because I am always telling people about Raging Bull and how awesome they are.... Then This happens. 🙁 Anyways, I appreciate all of your help..

Hey Nick, i just received the first deposit. Thank you Lord! Now we just need the status of my second withdrawal request and I'll be on my way. 😊 They were both submitted on Sept 7. The second one was for $700. (Details in my original complaint above).


Super happy to get the ball rollin on these, that's for sure. And super grateful to the GURU for all of your help as well.
