The player's withdrawal is delayed even though it is not his first withdrawal request. It has been paid.
I made a $400 bitcoin withdrawal on August 7, 2021. This would be my 2nd withdrawal from them (which they said is supposed to be faster than the 1st). It is now September 4 and there has been no activity. No email on the status of the withdrawal, or at least a reason for the delay.
After the first week passed I turned to live support and i've spoken with them a few times since then. Their representatives have told me they've escalated my withdrawal, even said they personally passed it on to someone from the payout department. Then they tell me to come back in a few days only to tell me to come back again in another few days.
I could sure use some help with this if its ok.

You mentioned that it is not your first withdrawal - does it mean that your account is fully verified? Did you try to use a different payment method than the first time? Did you use any kind of bonus since your first withdrawal?
It is common that the casino requires additional documentation if any of the detail or payment method has been changed between the withdrawals. Please let us know if any of this happend. Looking forward to your answer.

Yes my account/identity with the casino is fully verified. My first withdrawal of $220 did not have issues and i was fully paid.
I only use bitcoin deposits and bitcoin withdrawals, nothing else.
I never used a no-deposit-bonus in between my deposits, but, ragingbull has a "depositor's bonus" where one would get 7 days of 14 freespins per day after every deposit of $30 or more. My 1st withdrawal of $220 was won from those freespins, and my 2nd withdrawal of $400 was also won the same way. The wagering requirement was fulfilled and no violations were committed as far as i know.
