I have been waiting since the 4th of June for my withdrawal. I have numerous conversations via live chat, each time for the last two weeks I have been told to check in after 3 days then it was check back in 2 days then it went to check back in 24hours.

To be told the same thing over and over again.

It's been escalated to it's busy to it's all been sent to the relevant team.

I just seem to get excuses each and every time.

im so frustrated.

I abide by all the rules stipulated.

im also an advanced skilled vip.

I don't really think that means anything, as you don't get any special extras.

thank you g the or your response.

It's not my first withdrawal.

As the rules per stipulation there was is a $2500 limit per week on withdrawals so I made one withdrawal for that amount and then I made another withdrawal for the $2000 on the 4th of June.

I received my first lot of winnings but the second is just taking forever and just doesn't seem to getting approved.


ive been a member for some time, I know my very first withdrawal took around 2 to 3 months to go through.


But as this isn't my first withdrawal I don't understand the lengthy time it's taking.

We would like to ask the Raging Bull Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I still keep getting the same answer,

being told to check back every couple of days. But still nothing is being done.

I very annoyed at the lack of communication from them.

I have emailed several times but got no response.

They will take my deposits and clearly answer queries on what deposit options they have, yet nothing when it comes to withdrawals that I have won fairly and abiding by there set rules.

They don't seem to stand by there own statuses set out in the rules and regulations.

Apologies Sim69b for the radio silence,


I'm on the road with my family trying to take advantage of the travel window we have right now but no excuse for things not moving along for you. In fact there is no good reason I can provide as I took steps to assure things would move forward in my absence and I'm seeing they haven't, I can only grossly apologize for that.


I have contacted the requisite department directly and they have assured me we should have some movement shortly, I will check back tomorrow and if we have an approval I should be able to expedite payment as well. we are 4 weeks into another lockdown here and have two or more weeks ahead with more restrictions each day.


hence the need for my withdrawal right now being unable to work or go any where.

Nothing to worry about here, approval was completed last week and payment was issued on the 23rd as a wire transfer. As a general rule once we issue payment to our 3rd party you are looking at 3-10 business days on delivery to your bank account.


Just hang tight a bit longer and you should be seeing it.
