Since I put in for my withdrawals I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks they told me that it had been paid out on the 23rd but my bank says it would have been in my account if they had. Every time I ask live chat they always refer to the payment provider. I’m sick of hearing this excuse. I used to play with Planet 7 Oz and they always had the same excuse as well. If I had of known it was there sister casino I would not have played here because I can’t afford to wait more than 6 weeks for my withdrawals. Could you kindly look into this for me please because every time I get your website involved I seem to get paid almost straight away. By the way my username is ***

Hi Kristina, no I haven’t had a withdrawal from Raging Bull Casino before. And I did read the review but I was hoping with the 8.4 rating out of 10 that this wouldn’t be the case. The reason I stopped playing at Planet 7 Oz was the extremely long wait time and I was not happy with the customer service I received. I just love the games from realtime gaming so I just wanted to play at the best casino that provided those games.

Hi Andrej, just wanted to thank you first for looking into my case and to let you know that I went on live chat with someone from the customer service team from the casino and I’m still getting the same answer that it’s with the payment providers and it should take 7 to 10 days to appear into my bank account. Well it has now been that 10 days since it went to the payment provider. But it has been 20 days in total that I have been waiting for the first withdrawal and 18 days in total for the second withdrawal. I really hope that you can get this issue sorted out soon or at least get a definitive answer of when it will be paid into my account.

Hey all,


We use a 3rd party payment system Fiona and once payment is released to them they generally deliver within 10 business days depending on payment volume. We are currently at business day 7 however I can confirm that the payment was released on the 23rd of April for wire transfer and there are no known current delays. You should be seeing that money in your bank account relatively soon, thanks for your patience.
