The player from Australia had his account blocked without further explanation. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I won on a bet but it was not credited to my account. The casino ultimately closed my account claiming irresponsible Gambling. They don't respond to my emails and have blocked my IP address so I cannot access the live chat. I'm appalled this website (Casino Guru) promotes this website in a positive light. There are negative review all across the internet of people having similar experiences to mine, this casino needs to be investigated.
