The player from Norway had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings hadn't been received yet. Despite multiple approvals of his withdrawal request by the casino, the funds kept getting refunded back to his account. The player confirmed that all his KYC documents were in order and there were no missing verifications. However, the player stopped responding to our messages, leading to an inability to investigate further. Consequently, we had to reject the complaint.

hi,

i have been trying to withdraw 800€ (ish) from Qbet. After trying to withdraw 3-4 times i realise they won’t payout my money.

qbet support tells me they have approved the withdrawal on their end. I’ve been in contact with my bank, they say they haven’t declined any transfers nor recieved any.

every time i withdraw, the transaction ends up «failed» & the money gets refunded to my Qbet account. Then the same all over again.

I really don’t know what to do at this point, so angry and sad.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hi Kristina.

like i stated in my post, they already «approved» the withdrawal multiple times, but it just keeps «failing» and my funds are refunded to my qbet account. Already happened 4-5 times now in 5 days. I checked my profile multiple times, all KYC are in order and no missing documents or verification. Just this morning i had a withdrawal «failed».

i withdrew 4-5 times 14 days ago, all good with no issues but now i can’t get my money… tried support
