Customer service are fast and polite however they took 2 payments from 2 different cards I sent them proof of bank transactions they never credited my account and continually state that only the managerial review team can discuss it. As a customer I was advised that I am not allowed to speak with the management review team but to be assured my money was,'safe' despite continually sending proof my account was closed and deposits never did appear on my account. Fortunately it was 50 EUR. So although unfortunate it wasn't thousands
