I made a deposit played my 25x play through we are now going on 3 weeks of trying to withdraw my winnings. Customer service told me that my bank wasn’t supported. I bank with PNC. They told me I needed a bigger bank like Wells Fargo or Chase. So I opened an account at Wells Fargo. Still can’t withdraw. Try to do it through PayPal The PayPal page freezes and says try again later After the ad banking information screen. However, if you go to the PayPal app, the bank account already added it. I’ve called customer service they tell you to call this other company. The other company sends you to play+. Play+ sends you back to stardust. I have tired every single way they offer to withdraw with the exception of cage at the Casino due to time. I’m calling the Better Business Bureau and gaming board tomorrow. This is just Unacceptable and unprofessional.
