Great experience overall. Wide selection of games and user friendly format with solid rewards. Customer service from the VIP manager specifically stood out as he was always helpful in a respectful and timely manner. He always did whatever he could to accommodate my requests and always found a way to compromise if my request could not be met. Shout out to Chase for all of his help and support.
