The one thing I care about is getting my money, if I win, and therehas never been any problems, apart that it took to long first time to get all documents in order. But after that all has been a-ok. As for other features I care that they have the right games that I like andnot to horrible look/layout and since they pass on both and PAY YOU - they get a 8/10

I have played at this "Norwegian" casino quite a lot and had verified my identity back in 2020. I made a withdrawal of 7000 NOK little over a week ago and I am beeing flooded with requests for bankdocuments that they need. They have specifically asked for statements from my bank. I have supplied what they wanted, but they make up all these new requirements and I am fed up. Last night I was informed that my screenshot (on iPhone) with the required info on was not sufficient because it was not dated. They had said themselves that this is what they wanted and my document fullfilled all their requirements ( name visible, bank name visible etc etc.) They did not specify that it needed to be dated ( the screenshots showed transfers beeing made on yesterdays date, but this was not sufficient).

I then made a transfer into the account so that todays date was visible.

This was not ok, they needed me to take a screenshot of my computer so that the date on the computer was visible. At this point I smelled bullshit, because we all know that changing the date on a computer is easy. A photo of my PC is less credible proof of date than my supplied screenshot. But I complied.

Today they insist that they need me to send a PDF of my bank statement,but I have already told them that this is not possible as I have a bank that does not supply PDFs of bank statements, Even if it was possible for me to get it it is pointless. I know that they would then ask for something else when supplied.

This is standard operating procedure for scam casinos. When you win they will ask and ask for more and more documents until you either quit asking or come back and loose the money.

No thanks - 1 star for Folkeriket, because all else aside: What is the point of playing if you don`t get paid.
