Deposited ETH, around $900 in various deposits, didn't play with a bonus, won $8000.
They claim to be anonymous, asked me for KYC docs which I provided. They the confiscated my winning's, closed my account and sent me back my deposits, with zero explanation as to why they have done this.
The communication with this company is abysmal.
A complaint has been lodged with casinoguru. Hoping to get this resolved as I have done nothing wrong!!

- Long withdrawal process
- Terrible support who just keep telling you to be patient
- Seems like they try to find a way to not pay out
