It’s just a scam. I made a withdrawal over 3 weeks ago for €1000 and I’ve been ignored, lied to over late emails. Don’t waste your money on this scam. Win vegas plus is a sister site of cazino stars casino as well so stay clear as I’ve had bad experiences with that one as well.
