Good games and friendly customer service. The withdrawal process is a complete failure. It has taken a month just to get to the point they tell me i must allow 7 to 10 days for my withdrawal. I would suggest looking elsewhere to play. Some place that takes pride in their withdrawal process and can do it in a timely manner.

- Totally flawed withdrawal process. The bonus doesn't make up for the terrible withdrawal process.
