Slow-loading casino lobby makes it nearly impossible to browse games, and the user interface in general isn't very intuitive. Requested withdrawal 5 days ago, and despite the request showing as 'approved' I'm still waiting for the money.

I made the request via Trustly and usually these days the longest withdrawal processes take around 2-3 days, so I'm far from impressed with Tournaverse.

I did contact Tournaverse's customer support by email. They didn't take too long to reply, but they did greet me by calling me 'James' which is not even close to my real name.
