Something has changed, though. The prize wheel is always a loss and it's nearly impossible to reach live support.
When you finally do reach someone, they're dismissive of your concerns and don't listen to what you're saying. Eventually, they'll tell you to contact their email support, to which you'll get a reply saying that the email address is no longer actively monitored.
