This Casino caused me to have Panic attack this week and i endup in hospital so its reasonable to say " This is the worst casino experience on my life " ....
2 weeks of stress waiting them to verify my account without any success , they don't answer your emails and customer support repeat the same answers " they will get back to you " which they never do .
They really don't respect their players otherwise they will not treat us like this for simple process such as KYC which we do in every casino without any problem or delay .
the feeling i might not get the 50,000 USD$ In my account made me sick and really affect my well-being .
I wish someone from the casino read this to understand how we feel like players when they keep us without any answers for 2 weeks .
